JOB TITLE
Management Specialist
JOB DUTIES:
· Gather and analyze internal and external data regarding employer’s entire operation and logistics from its offshore manufacturing to shipping, importing, customs clearance, inventory and warehousing, marketing and sale, delivering, customer service, and product support;
· Develop and perform need-based adjustment a management system, procedures and guidelines to simplify supply, shipping and importation;
· Develop and perform need-based adjustment a management system, procedures and guidelines to maintain cost effective warehousing and inventory level;
· Develop and implement a management system, procedures and guidelines for delivery of goods, customer service, product support and the handling of return goods;
· Develop and implement a management system, procedures and guidelines for the coordination of operation components from offshore manufacturing to end customers servicing;
· Develop and implement a management system, procedures and guidelines for the extension of credit from the offshore manufacturer (employer’s parent company) and for the extension and monitoring of credit to employer’s customers.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
MBA; 2-year prior work experience in business management; knowledgeable with international operation/enterprise management, international finance, supply chain management and international commerce law.
PROFFERED PAY: $66,500/ year (full-time)
